St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry

Scripture:  “Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you? And the King will say to them in reply, ‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of the least brothers or sisters of mine, you did for me.”      Matthew 25:35-40

Mission:  We, the Blessed Savior Conference of St. Vincent de Paul, inspired by the Gospel values and believing in the dignity of each person, strive to better the quality of life for all who call on us. We join together to grow spiritually, while offering service to the needy who suffer in our community. We make no distinction among those we serve, because in them the face of God is revealed.

Vision:  In the face of the poor we see Jesus, and in Jesus we see the face of the poor.

We continually receive food, clothes, and financial help from our parishioners, other parishes and schools, which enables our Pantry to be open.

We also make many home visits to families that request help. Annually we help numerous  families with food, clothes, beds, furniture, and appliances.

Meetings: 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, 10:00AM at the Food Pantry, 5558 N. 69 St.
