Human Concerns Commission
Scripture: “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” Matthew 25:40
Mission: To create an awareness of needs in the community and respond to them by providing gifts of clothing, service, food, money, and care to the various civic, social, and religious organizations.
Vision: To continually discuss the needs of the parish and community that can be served by the activities of the parishioners.
Members can help in a variety of ways by attending meetings, pack up donated items for various projects or collections, or deliver the items to the various charities. There are many collections throughout the year like the Layette Collection, Hat & Mitten Collection, and the Advent Giving Tree.
