Bread Ministry

Scripture:  “Jesus came over and took the bread and gave it to them.”     John 21:13

Mission:  To provide baked goods, free of charge, for our parish and our parish neighbors.

Vision:  To encourage parishioners to share the bounty of donated bakery from our local bakeries with their neighbors, and to become more aware of the needs of those who live in our parish area.

At Blessed Savior our life revolves around bread for our Eucharist and bread for our table.

Every weekend the donated bakery items are prepared for the parishioners to take home after the Masses for themselves and their neighbors. Members wrap bakery on Saturday and Sunday mornings. They also pick up the bakery.
